The chief financial officer of a Walloon municipality can have access to the CBB.
This access must be granted by the municipality's access manager.
If you know who the access manager for your commune's CBB is, you can request access directly from him/her.
If you do not know who the access manager for your municipality's CBB is, please send the following info to helpdesk@nkgb-cnhb.be :
- surname and first name of the financial director
- national number of the financial director
- CBE number of the commune
The helpdesk will then look up who your access manager is and inform you so that you can ask him/her for access.
Once the access manager has assigned CBB rights to the financial director he or she can access the https://recvloc.nkcn-cia.be/apps/cia/login/ website.
They must first click on the ‘User/EID (re)activation’ button and follow the entire procedure to activate their EID.
Once this has been done, they will be able to log in with their EID and access the CBB.
