As a newly appointed candidate bailiff, I am unable to enter replacements. What should I do?

If you have just been appointed as a candidate bailiff and a bailiff or the technical responsible person from your office tries to change your relationship from 'Employee' or 'Intern' to 'Candidate' on the CIA website, they may encounter the following error message.

In this case, please do the following:

1. Notify the helpdesk via helpdesk@nkgb-cnhb.be that you have just been appointed as a candidate bailiff and that you are unable to set your relationship to 'Candidate'.
2. Take a screenshot of the error message and include it in your email.
3. The helpdesk will then make the necessary adjustment to your profile and will notify you once it is resolved. In the meantime, the helpdesk will also register you as a replacement for the bailiffs in your office.
4. A bailiff or the technical responsible person from your office will then be able to update your relationship to 'Candidate' on the CIA website.

After this, you should be able to enter your replacements.
