How to activate a new EID card?

Open the appropriate website:

Click the button 'Gebruiker/EID (her)activeren'.

In the next screen you have to fill in the PIN-code of your EID.

In the following screen you have to confirm the office you want to use.

Now you have to enter your EID in the card readerand then you click the 'GO' button.

Then you again have to enter the PIN-code of your EID and click the 'OK' button.

When your card is activated you get a message that confirms that the EID is activated.

You can now try to login with your EID.
